bros.. its perfect
Bros.. its perfect
Looks kinda bulky. Do they have a slim model?
It's like I'm really using a PlayStation controller
It's nice
they have one without the handle grips.
>Pass the controller bro
I have one and yeah, it's almost perfect. It hasn't failed me in a whole year and I use it with nearly any game. The sticks don't drift like they did with my fucking xbone controller, and the battery life is much better than the DS4, not to mention the d-pad is very decent and not the fucky one from the SN30 Pro. I swapped A/X/B/Y with the buttons on my SNES gamepad and every other controller can suck my filthy cock.
The only reason I said almost is, there's a bit of input lag with android. Good thing I don't use it on android, then.
put some dog nose on those sticks and it'll be a 10/10
Not perfect.
Disgusting NA snes gay pride purple buttons.
Just buy european SNES buttons, disassembly is easy.
Just got one to use with steam link on my tablet
Seems pretty solid so far
Using it for over a year now. No real complaints - works like a charm on pc and switch via bluetooth. Battery life is good. D-pad is good and is actually useable unlike all other current 1st party controllers (I have them all). It is also built like a tank and doesn't squeak even after a year of hard use.
There are two issues though - sticks drift after I turn it on but moving them around a bit fixes that, seems like a calibration thing. The shape isn't very ergonomic with sharp edges, can be uncomfortable in some cases.
All in all for a relatively small price it is excellent. I think you can find good black friday deals on ali right now too. I bought it last year with a case and phone clip for like $40.
Anyone got one of these?
Are they any good?
no not yet but soon...
gaycube controller was never good
this. i much prefer the japanese snes gay pride rainbow buttons
all shoulder buttons are digital input
I was thinking of buying one. The new dualsense looks cool, but I doubt any of the new feature will be regularly supported on PC, and I've heard the d-pad on dualsense isnt that great either, and I use my controller for platformers and emulation mostly.
>gay pride purple
if this isnt obsession then i dont know what is
Nothing will convince me that 8Bitdo knows how to make controllers after I used the original Sn30Pro for almost a year. It's terrible and it surprised me that so many people on the internet are not able to notice that.
The controller is so bad that I did some tests with Tetris 99 and using Dualshock4 with an adapter (also from 8Bito, which has a bit of input lag, by the way), my performance improved considerably. Beating difficult levels in Mario Maker 2 is extremely difficult with the deficient dpad and bad buttons in 8Bitdo.
My intention with this controller was to replace the Switch's Pro controller, but I had to buy two from Hori after a year (Hori Pokken and Hori Pro Controller) and the difference in quality of Hori's products is huge. When I try to use the Sn30Pro in games that require gyro, the feeling is that I am using a controller that is broken.
Mouse is superior in every way
It's not, for rhythm games is shit due to the buttons' height, but for the rest is perfectly serviceable
I bought 3 of these fucking controllers and 2 of them came with absolute shit d-pads. I love the idea behind them, but they're still Chink quality controllers at the end of the day
>no octagonal gates
It’s shit
it's garbage actually.
xbox core controller best all time
Joy cons and 8bitdo are the best controllers for the Switch right now.
this is a rat though
nope, best is xbox core controller with brookx adapter ;D
>have a DS4 for PC but have to keep it wired all the time for the shit battery
tempted to get one of these things just because of that
This even still happening? I thought they announced some shitty dreamcast controllers instead and that also ended up going nowhere.
