I've never been autistic enough to get all the people in a Suikoden game, so when MC's sister gets killed and I couldn't bring her back, I really felt it.
In addition to being forced to kill my best friend, and a bunch of the previous Suikoden characters getting killed

You know the scene

Mother 3 had a forced sad atmosphere
Most of the Silent Hills have a sad feeling to them
Lost Dimension had such a depressing atmosphere I had to force myself to finish it

only if you are emotionally invested aka furfag

While the story wasn't the greatest and the side quests all had pretty poor, same-y writing, the ending of Ghost of Tsushima messed me up. I felt sad for days.
