Absolutely fucking horrible optimization for a 2016 game. Pathetic. Just pathetic.

You think that is bad, try running Dishonored 2

>Microstuttering 1-2 times for about five seconds every minute
Welcome to Denuvo games.

they tried to cram in a bunch of graphics tech they didn't know how to optimize

Good thing I got Dishonored 2 on PS4 and dropped in within an hour for being a piece of trash.

The first Dishonored runs fantastic on Steam, at least on my PC it does.

Weird, never had that issue with other Denuvo games.

I could tell. They put all these nonsensical fancy graphic features in that, as far as I can tell, don't really make a super big difference. Volumetric lighting, cloth physics, contact hardening shadows, etc. Also you can tell the developers rushed to push the finished product out, I don't think it was ready for release but they didn't care and didn't bother patching the issues.

They removed the DRM but not for steamies LOL, download the gog installer, also put it on a SSD.

>mommy I didn't enable the stuff that prevents screen tearing why is the screen tearing?

why not wtf

I was in a GoG thread yesterday and someone said you could start the games in GoG from Steam, so does that fix Dunevo issues or do you have to actually rebuy the game on GoG? I don't know shit about GoG

Fuck Vsync. I turn it off on 95% of the games I play because it usually negatively affects the game, so obviously my first instinct was to turn off vysnc since I never run it on any of my games.

>it usually negatively affects the game
You clearly don't know how any of this works.

He fell for the high refresh rate meme

Well, I can tell you right now that I turn vsync on all my games and never had any issues, but in some games I turn on vsync and I have issues.

So fuck off.

They make monitors with 240hz rate, and I read that 144hz is really the highest you need to go, though I could never tell if it mattered. I don't play FPS games so a high refresh rate isn't probably needed.

my only problem with vsync is that it fucks up my mouse, like there's a delay or something

Check your VRAM spazoid, if its anywhere near capped the game will run like shit.

Why the fuck would I willingly give money to CDPR?

It's not capped at all. I have 8MB of VRAM and most games won't use all that, at least not a 2016 game like Deus Ex, hell even Assassin Creed Valhalla doesn't use all of that when I play on ultra settings at 1440p resolution. I think it uses 5.5 or close to 6MB of vram

Denuvo has been removed i believe

>It's another post of AMD user crying about optimization
Why it's ALWAYS AMD users?

Attached: l0ZsRoJwuqI.jpg (981x768, 172.18K)

everyone bitches about this game go look at the steam forums

Dont put textures on highest maybe with 6gb. I believe you need 8gb for ultra textures. I get about 80 ish fps with my gtx 1080

>turn off msaa
>runs smooth as butter
whoa that was hard

How much of them are Intel users? I'm only reading imageboards, but when I see someone crying about shitty performance it's a "Ryzen Enjoyer" crying about game not being optimized for his million cores.
Not related to Mankind Divided, but yeah.

this

Most Ryzen users don't know that they have to update their AMD chipset driver manually.

99 % of all "bugs" are just because someone wants to play the newest games, but doesn't bother using the newest chipset driver.

the games not even cpu dependent and its not like ryzens are slower than intels now

>Not related to Mankind Divided, but yeah.
> like ryzens are slower than intels now
Did AMD release a CPU with good single core performance?

yea they are pretty much neck and neck now

I never ran into any issues. Got any idea what the issues are ? Cause I'm new to the whole pc.gaming thing and I dont think I had any lad with this or Dishonored 2

Yes.
BTW OP Mankind Divided is a really demanding game, i recommend you drop a few settings.

>never played a game with 144hz
Why so many poor fags talking out of their ass? 144hz is the new 60 fps. The game FEELS smoother and it is. Its not as crazy of a jump from 30 to 60, but it is significant enough to invest into. There is no reason to play games with 60 fps like some consolefag. Have some respect and get yourself a decent monitor.

>144hz is the new 60 fps
Dumbest shit I've ever heard

I didn't have any issues with either games. Do you know what issues they are? Kinda new to the whole pc gaming thing so I'm not sure if there was issues and I just didn't notice

Put volumetrics on instead of ultra, contact shadows on or even better off. Msaa off. Theres no difference in looks but you gain alot of fps. I dont get why they added this shit, people wouldnt be complaining if they just set it like that at max.

Yeah, especially MSAA which does jackshit in a deferred rendered game except tank performance.

Did I crouch sniffing her butthole, while she slowly walked all the way from Miller's office to her desk? I won't deny it.

I thought the girl at the front was cute

The PC port is a mess. I have posted complaining about it multiple times on here. The load times on the subway between the different areas is long as fuck.

I dont get why publishers feel the need to make their own shitty engines when theres perfectly optimized engines available. I get it theres 5% take or whatever but investing in an engine costs money too. The Dawn engine or whatever the fuck they call this rebuild IO glacier engine is absolutely garbage.

It looks like dogshit on ultra too. When you first land in the tutorial level and you finish the cutscene and your hud comes up I was literally about to vomit. It looked like that image of a game with HUDs of different games crammed into one. I lowered the settings on medium from ultra and it looked so much better without getting cancer from the “Eye candy” graphics But no. People kept calling me a shitposter
