I think Goki's adds a "spell casts next spell repeatably", I used Intense Conentrated light as a base and it worked exactly as I imagined it: first it made that same pre-cast animation that the intense spell usually has and then it cast the next spell group over and over: in my case it was a quad-cast 4 giant firebolts
absolutely deleted anything

All seeing eye perk or torch and light skills on wands
Yes. You can use a torch mod on the want, light projectile modifier, or, ideally, Worm Blood.
Don't go in there right away.
Wherever there's light, you can see in the dark.
I reccomended going to the third level, then making your way back up after getting the all seeing eye perk.

It's the literal only use of the Torch spell. All Seeing Eye (perk, not spell) also works.
