Anyways it's not a question if it's going to be ok or even good, the way CDPR has hyped this game has lead to situation similar to no mans sky; Impossible expectations. This is at it's core current gen game and masses will be disappointed when it's going to be yet another current gen game and not whatever CDPR and media hype has lead them to think it is.
The game can be ok, it can be great or even godlike, or it can be utter shit. It won't matter.

It'll be disappointing simply because of the unreasonable amount of hype behind it. If this game hadn't been known about and worked up for over 8 years now, it likely wouldn't be the disappointment it will end up being.
Having said that, I expect this game to be as fun and engaging as GTA V, which for me is a lot of fun, but I wouldn't say I'm dying to play it, I feel like I know what to expect here, and as such I've curbed my enthusiasm appropriately and have never been one of those people dying for this game getting heartbroken over each delay.
