And hardmode still sucks a million dicks, pre-hardmode is where the game's at but they decided it would be better if the game fucked you up by suddenly shitting up the world with corruption and not!corruption and then turned hardmode into a boss rush because you can already explore anywhere by the time you get to late pre-hardmode, they should've gone with hardmode-only biomes or some shit, exploration is the best part of the game, the combat sucks a billion dicks when literally every enemy does contact damage and there's nothing more involved than "use the strongest weapon you have and grab these accessories"

They could've done so much shit with 1.4 and they decided to make it all about vanity and qol, barely any actual features and with not even any modding support to spice things up almost 7 months after release. People fail to think that the developers got incredibly lazy now that they're sitting on cash and they're still after all the same breed of people that spawned Starbound
