This person is vital, the raid's success or failure pivots on this person, guild chat / voip actually demonstrably perks up and general morale improves when this guy logs on

No, because isekai's by nature are nothing more than vapid power fantasies. Having the MC compete with other competent players who also know how to game the game is both hard to write and not nearly as satisfying of a power fantasy. So no Isekai author does it.
