That's literally me right now and the only reason i'm not pre ordering. I meet every other recommended requirement:

In what world isn't it? Hyperthreading obviously isn't being used hence why the 3200G is recommended (4c 4t) and the 4690k overclocked shits on the 4790 that can't be OC'd (locked).

4GB VRAM is standard as fuck. My mate just upgraded from his old 970 which was 4GB and one of my other friends just bought a 1050 for his new build which is 4GB. The 1050 was cheap as well, like 300NZD. I had a 780TI years ago and that was 8GB, now I'm on a 1080TI with 11, so whatever nerds.

You jest but it probably wouldn't be that bad. Increasingly the difference between low detail and ultra detail is becoming less noticeable. A lot of it is just higher resolution on shit like AO and volumetric lighting effects.
