I really felt the same right until Hong Kong, but to be honest, Zeta ages like wine. A lot of stuff goes over your head just because of how dense it is, it is truly an ensemble cast anime and gets better with re-watches once you know what motivates these characters, even Reccoa, though nothing can salvage that shit.
