I liked this game, and I wasn't particularly expecting to as I hated Heavy Rain. It has issues but Page gives a great mocap performance and I found myself invested in the story. The non-chronological storytelling was a great success, switching up the pacing regularly while making the plot feel more interesting than it otherwise is (I don't mean that as a veiled criticism, I genuinely liked it).
It'll run fine on any vaguely modern computer, no worries there- I played it at 4K on my rx580.
No opinion on the Elliot thing if that's what you were fishing for.
