This is a thread about headphones.
What headphones do you use?
What are some good ones?
This is a thread about headphones
Mostly looking for good sound quality with a mic at the moment
Headphones are uncomfy
The comfiest.
For me, it's the memephones.
Yeah I dunno why but at some point I just started to feel really uncomfortable while wearing headphones and had to switch to earbuds.
I mainly use the OG HD 800's, but i also own DT 770, DT 880 and HD 6xx
Razer Kraken TE. I hate Razer with a passion but these were the best headphones available in my backwater country at a price point that didn't require me to rob a bank.
I actually have a really dumb question about headphones, and I'm sure I'll be memed to death for asking but I figure this is as good a place on Zig Forums as any to ask.
If I want surround sound or want to hear where things are on ps5 with headphones would I need headphones directly compatable with the ps5, or could I just go straight through the tv with another set?
I ask this because I don't particularly want to buy any of the meme gamer headphones that are advertised as being for ps5, but that and the tv itself are what I'd use them for.
I'd like them to be wireless, either way.
These. Great taste user.
I got Sennheiser HD 599 (ivory/chocolate) for relatively cheap, they sound good for most music except metal. If I put on anything fast it starts to sound blurred and indistinguishable. Am I hallucinating or are they just not good for fast metal music? What headphones go well with metal?
Great for the price given you get a pair without any QA issues. Quality imaging, decent sound stage, HQ sound. It has its downfalls, mainly the bass and the earpads, which will have to be replaced after a year.
I honestly really hate earbuds, I much prefer smaller over the ear options, it always feels weird sticking something in my ear and I wanna say my ears feel sore sometimes when I've used them.
I have this
It's good
DT1990 Pro - Been using them for years and I see no reason to get anything else.
Headphones I had before 1990s: ATH-M50, DT990 & 990 Pro
MDR-7506
Sennheiser HD660s + Mojo amp
Bose QuietComfort II, they're one of the few headphones that don't strain my ears
What's a cheap but durable one? mine is only working on one side, i want something that can last for some years atleast.
I got earaches often when using the kind that go into the ear canal. I use these instead that just sit in your ear but don't actually go in, not sure if they're called something else. Earphones? But I find these to be pretty comfortable and I don't have any earaches with them.
What your price range like? A razor lite kikc or ofd brand thing should be durable enough. My tecnet ones were cheap and 3 years in the muffs are shreaded but they work fine still
I actually know exactly what you mean.
I think I've had the same issue, and did notice earbuds like that working better, still not something I gravitate towards though.
Just got these
The PS5 uses a regular-ass 3.5mm plug so any normal headphones will work. Wireless I don't know about, the only wireless headphones I've used all required a USB dongle. If your TV has a USB plug maybe it'll work.
I'd specifically want a pair of wireless headphones so guests and myself can use them for the tv as well.
Thanks for trying to help, though.
Arctis 7 2019
For me, it's STAX
put two zipties around the pads
now they have stayed in shape for a long time
I'm not from the U.S and my economy is kinda fucked so i wanted something that costs like 25/50 dollars? preferable some older models that have lower prices.
>overpriced chink shit
kek
Fuck im dumb.
sennheiser hd 650 for singleplayer
hyper x cloud ii for multiplayer
Pic related. Really nice for the price point desu.
>hyperx cloud ii
yes
I've had 2 of these, very comfortable, but the first pair's mic stopped working after 2 years and the second pair's right side stopped working after a year. Regardless to say, I'm not buying that shit again.
My HD 598s sound fine with metal for me, haven't heard the 599s.
