Payday 1 felt a lot better than 2, didn't play much of both but 1 seemed like straight forward bank heists while 2 was doing a lot of random shit and enemies simply everywhere, no sense of direction

I don't even know if there is a meta anymore. Last time I played the engineer perks had been redone so that you didn't even need headshots to kill tans efficiently with ARs/SMGs now
