It cant be because that card doesnt have whatever amds physical component that runs raytracing is , and since amd didnt release its 3060ti competetor we dont have equivalent gpu on the market. Performance in rasterazation is eauivalent to 2080-2080s witch is 3060ti performance level but when u turn rtx on it jumps down to 2060 performance levels because AMD is shit with raytracing. So it equivalent to 2differebt gpus depending on having Raytracing mode. And since 3060ti is 400$ and amd doesnt want to be cheaper option this time we can asssume amd equivalent to ps5 gpu will cost around 400 , while ps5 as a whole costs 500. Not bad.
