You are facing off against the last vidya boss you played

>You are facing off against the last vidya boss you played
>You only get to choose 1 item from pic related

Who you fightin
What did you pick
And how fucked are you?

Lord Shimura from Ghost of Tsushima
I take the katana and nothing changes
Wow

Unrelated but why would anyone pick an Axe? They are such a bad choice in a duel

When it comes down to the classic 3 I can understand why someone would choose the other two picks
>Swords are versatile
>Spears are range

What do Axes do? They are heavy as fuck and they drag your entire body with you with every swing. Your're just leaving yourself open to attacks every time you make a move. Terrible design

Also Dracula from Castlevania 1 and bow&arrow

Maybe some user played a game with a tree as the final boss?

ironically i had just beat whispy woods
chop chop tree nigger

>some old Chinese nigga from Yakuza
I'm pretty sure just about any of these would be fine.

>that halo 3 brute guy
wand i guess lol

>Calamity ganon from AoC on hard mode
Well fuck me, I’d guess I’d take a bow and arrow since headshots expose its weak spots?
Also isn’t it a chakram and not a ring sword? Alos Also why is this image missing the glave?

prowling magus and congregation from dark souls 2

probably the bastard sword

i think realistically im not fucked

Halberd because its the ultimate weapon.

Also my last boss fight was the bird boss in Hyper Light Drifter.

I think you misspelled quarter staff

>slave knight Gael
shit dude, maybe a straight sword or a mace, he barely has any openings to hit him with a heavy weapon

As video-gamey as it sounds it's true that the heavier the blade the more cutting power. There were a lot of various types of armour that weren't plate. So more cutting power could be desirable depending on the opponent.

Why did anyone use a Long Sword when they could have used a Rapier? The Rapier is lighter, right? It's for the cutting power.

>Project Wingman's Crimson 1
If he's in his plane, I'm fucked no matter what I pick.

Crimson 1's expeirmental superplane in Project Wingman.
Why yes for me it's the Bastard Sword.

>last boss in red faction 1
i'm fucking dead

Axes are good against armor, so I've heard.

Just gonna leave this here..

Only the polearm and halberd are good and useable weapons in combat, everything is else is either Hollywood shit like nunchuks, makeshift peasant weapons like sickles and scythes, or purely decorative weapons like the sword and katana that have been heavily fantasized by fiction

I recently beat kiwani2. People in yakuza are fucking super human in gameplay but in a cutscene they can be killed by a single bullet.

So I'll go with a bow and arrow or dagger and pray that I'm lucky enough to get a stealth kill the guy during a cutscene

>Why did anyone use a Long Sword when they could have used a Rapier?
People mostly stopped using "long swords" by the time rapiers were primarily in use, because people stopped wearing armor at that point as it was around the time guns became much more widespread, against which armor is more or less pointless.
Turns out rapiers are really good at fucking up unarmored dudes.

Zig Forums lets settle this once and for all
swarm style boss or 1 big kahuna?

Attached: 1601393577682.webm (400x400, 2.12M)

>every item but the book and wizard's wand sucks ass

whoever made that image has the phisique of a cartoon dog bone

only thing that matters is; can you farm them?

Attached: silk.webm (900x506, 2.95M)

a swarm boss is creepier so the big one

You can chuck that motherfucker if need be

played SCP:SL, and last encounter before getting off i believe was plague doctor. i dont even know if he can canonically be killed, but ingame he can. basically, just cant let him touch me, so i choose polearm to keep him at range. bow & arrow too unreliable and slow.

why are warpicks so rare to see? i imagine they puncture armor really well. they seem like such a good weapon in armored combat.

i feel so bad for the spider but this turns me on

Staff, if its made of metal it has lot of reach, utility, and wont get caught on anything, plus you can block with it

>Eleven air Jordan’s cus I already have ADHD = 100
>Denim straight cuts cus cost effective = 130
>visibility cloak cus fuck the polo and the downsides of the others are too big =229
>smelling duck cus I love ducks = 279
>a book so I can learn to read = 409
>spend nearly the rest on jar’s because they might be useful for filling up with potions later on if I get more m9neg
>invest last 21 coins into a slowly rising dragon attack protection insurance so during the Crux of the adventure, I can use the relentless dragon attacks on villages to make money out of my investment

>Fangora
guess I'll go with the sickle.

>Rhea, the Immaculate One
I'm fucked no matter what, so I'll just take the sword and hopefully get close enough to rub my dick on her scales
