You're thinking of the 980ti which is still as powerful as an rtx 2060. 970 was okay but is nowhere the value of the 980ti. You can play rdr2 at medium/high settings 1080p 65-75fps with a 980ti

neither will run the game at native 4k. the 1080 will probably have a better chance at low settings, but 4k is a meme.

Speccy isn't being retarded, you retard. You're memory is 1500MHz and in dual channel config it runs at double, 3000MHz. If you bought a 3200MHz kit then you need to adjust the speed in your BIOS by enabling DOCP

What's the reasoning behind going all out like that? Technology usually catches up too fast and you are left with subpar performance but at the same time spent too much to upgrade "now" and the thr high end components lose too much resell value compared to more reasonable builds.
