Like holy fuck I was not expecting this game to be so good and make such a big impact on me, anybody else have have similar experiences with this game?

So true man. I’m no weeb, but this game was pretty good imo. However, I knew that having a kid as the main chatacter plus having an art style that appeals to weebs would be a recipe for disaster. Poking around some of the community content for this game couldn’t have proved me more right.

Oh yeah for sure. I don’t think I could ever bring myself to play Undertale as the community associated with it is truly awful and already put a bad taste in my mouth. From what I’ve seen I don’t think I’m missing out on much either.

I remember it being oddly glitchy. I closed the game while I was in the village to see what happens, and the title screen was supposed to change, but I just saw the usual title and could start a new game.

Pretty sure usually you get an ending that says you killed Niko if you do that. And then you have to reinstall the game to play again or some shit. But yeah I played that version for a while and immediately noticed it was super buggy.

The game intentionally doesn't trigger the kill Niko ending until after you speak to the oracle I believe, I can't remember the exact trigger but it's so as not to blindside the player with a bad ending without giving them a chance to have already saved or understand the game enough to understand the ramifications of quitting
