For me it's Onionbro, you meet him more and actually properly interact and save him, he moe. Sunboy is just sort of there most of the time and I never summon, so he wasn't really helping me much.

Siegmeyer is kind of depressing, I prefer Sierward, one of them is subject to the player taking away his moment of glory, at least Siegward has a mission of his own.
