This is newspeak-tier bullshit. First playthrough doesn't mean that. A first playthrough just means you haven't played it before. Doesn't mean you aren't using a guide or don't have any prior knowledge of the game, as the term blind playthrough does. Also "no spoilers" doesn't add any clarification either, because normally that simply means you're not allowed to post spoilers in the chat/comments and the streamer will try not to spoil anything for the viewers.
