Coping fine. Unlike 90% of the anons here, my first console was NES, along with my Gameboy. If you grew up in a time before Sony, you realize that everything goes in cycles. Nintendo's domination didn't last forever, neither did Atari's. Sony is no exception. Also, SNES is the greatest console of all time. Never forget that zoomers/zillennials.

All AAA gaming is dead. Console, PC, western Japanese, it’s all garbage. The only games that are pushing the industry forward artistically are some niche independent games and the only games pushing the industry forward technologically are some niche VR games. They're no different from any other big publisher. The free updates they did with Ghosts of Tsushima is no different than whay Nintendo does with AC, Splatoon, and Mario Odyssey, but it's okay when Sony does it. A million threads about AC getting free content updates warrants a bunch of threads, but Tsushima getting massive patches that inflates the game's file size is totally fine and is met with radio silence.

That being said, Kirby Super Star Ultra is a legit upgrade from KSS.

I would say SNES has got a nice variety. I've been playing SNES games since the early '90s so I've got a wealth of knowledge in relation to its genres and their reps.
