If you want to play the GOAT NOW, reminder to get version 1.0 here Then download this program here very quick
You just put the rom in there and can easily make your perfect OoT game. Quick Iron Boots swapping, Master Quest dungeons, no Navi pestering you and more optional stuff.
The only version worth playing is the original N64 version on it's original cartridge
Dominic Morales
Native PC version will still take months because speedtrannies must dilate more during winter months (it's true, look it up).
Jacob Perry
>no MQ dungeons >no quick iron boots >all these mini cutscenes >Navi not shutting up >Gameboy resolution >need a rare cartridge and a CRT
Henry Cox
>Rare cartridge >Literally more than a million exist
Camden Hill
Is that just the redux patch?
Austin Smith
Most people here still probably don't own it right now.
Eli Barnes
You edit it yourself.
Logan Barnes
Don't forget that it's locked to like 20FPS
Samuel Phillips
Most animations and actions are tied to the game's framerate. Increasing the framerate is simple but the game becomes unplayable.
Jacob Evans
Way better on a PC.
Jack Martin
How do I get a gf like Malon?
Brayden Wilson
Why did you post beta OOT material for this?
Josiah Anderson
Why not? It's comfy as fuck.
John Campbell
No denying that. Had me confused for a second though, I thought they implemented some beta stuff.
Cooper Hill
OHKO is the only genuinely meaningful thing here. Tunics are cool too, I guess, but the rest is either frivolous or already in the redux patch. I guess it's cool to have though, even if there isn't much that's new.
Adam Thomas
Redux is pretty based. I played it on my everdrive though. I love emulation, but playing it on an actual N64 with a real controller and a CRT is just maximum comfy to me. I can appreciate emulating it though and some of the texture packs like reloaded look nice.
Redux is mostly 1.2, though. That's censored and gay.
Michael Turner
It also has some things that are only subjectively better, like the bunny mask giving you speedhack, making fishing easier, not having to wait three days for the Biggoron Sword, etc.
Because you know you'll find a McSheika's inside that ancient ruins
Jayden Walker
Because it's an artwork and video games still suck at open world. Xenoblade 2 came the closest to feeling something like that but it was held back by shit hardware.
Wyatt Nelson
How exactly did they access this area like this? I'm still genuinely amazed from the last thread, I wish I followed those leaks more while they were happening.
the way it works is that individual angles of the area are split up into separate images, then when combined together they create the illusion of a 3D space
That's fucking cool Is there anywhere to see all the image files that got leaked out? I want that SM64 cover art render.
James Murphy
The only way to get everything would be to look up the Nintendo leak thread archives on /vr/. I do have some stuff saved though, but those 3 are all the pseudo 3D spaces.
