Realistically how much will the day one patch fix

Not much, the game went gold barely 2 months ago. I would be optimistic if there were a few random bugs, but there were major bugs every few minutes in Carlos' stream.

Either way, there's no way anything has changed about the core combat gameplay and driving physics, which is the biggest disappointment

the graphics are ass, the AI is shit, the enemies are bullet sponges. theres no feasible way they could fix all of those in a timely matter, least of all one made in a single fucking day.

Probably not. No Man's Sky was touted as something completely different than what it was and had a targeted audience that is harder to please.
Normies are the main target for Cyberpunk, they see the trailers and expect a futuristic GTA with Keanu Reeves in it

I really wonder what people think that 43gb patch thats already out is. Do you guys think its a pre-pre day 1 patch or something instead of them releasing the day 1 patch early since they launched the game early for CE players as well for reviewers / influencers?
