Capcom already seems to have trouble animating non humanoid enemies in their new engine, what makes you think they could do something like a T Rex or Raptor without making it look goofy and uncanny as hell?

They did back in the day get that recognition. Also i didn't know there was a dino crisis 3. Legit thought you were trolling had to look it up lmao
But the series kinda reminds of me of syphon filter. was hyped back in the day and a legit alternate to some games. As time went on. it just slowly faded as newer and more profitable ips came down the tubes

Lot of DMCV enemies are insect demons, lizards and tentacles, aside from them we had G parasite monsters + drain deimos + Lickers. Plus there's the V summons like the panther and eagle.
So yes I do think they could easily animate dinosaurs. They changed the Ivy because they just got lazy and spouted some "realism" bullshit.

Thats kinda my point all creepy crawly scurrying types look fine because in real life they have a sort of unnatural movement to them. I'm not even saying they can't make natural movement just that its seems harder for them and being Dino Crisis is about dinosaurs, they can't pad the enemy roster with humanoid enemies like they can with RE and DMC.
