Neither are confirmed but they have to be. Specially Evelyn. Lizzie is not a romance, but she's probably a one night stand after you do some quests for her. But Evelyn HAS to be an official romance like Yennefer since she shows up in the plot every 2 minutes and even when she's not in screen your character won't stop talking about her.

it has 4 different endings but they are not based on your choices or stuff. It's like Mass Effect 3, at the very end of the game you're given 4 paths. You don't need to replay the whole game to see them, just, reload right before picking one of the 4 paths.
