wasn't the entire point of that drunk rant she had that she WASN'T being cheated on and that she was being a paranoid fuck? i remember her "proof" being shaky at best, entirely circumstantial evidence. but it's been a while so maybe i'm misremembering.
plus this makes her the perfect counterpart to the story's themes, she didn't have love therefore she couldn't see. she didn't trust the people she loved so she assumed they were bad. which is the exact opposite of the whole point and pretty much the reason she exists, to be a foil.

if she's right then she is justified in her way of thinking, which is literally the opposite of the main theme of the story that they've been hammering in obnoxiously hard for the last couple of chapters
if she's right then R07 completely dropped the ball on the one part of the story he's been autistically banging on about for nearly half the length of the entire thing
you can say there's no proof and that would be correct, but from a storytelling point of view it would be stupidly self-sabotaging of the themes
