I hate to break this to you, but the whole point of a ranked mode is that after a couple dozen matches to calibrate you, you'll be matched against players of roughly equal skill.
So those NEET manchildren you're facing? The game thinks there's within a 40/60 chance that you'll win. And it's probably right. You just get salty AF at every loss so when the win rate is close to 50% you make shitty threads like these.

I don't lose in games desu. There's the games I choose to play competitively which I do decent at, and then there's other games that I know I just don't have the time/energy for. I would like to play Dragonball FighterZ for example but I know it won't be fun to just pick up and play because of the reasons listed in the OP, so instead I just don't play it at all. Same with Pokken Tournament Deluxe.
Also, realistically if you're not a NEET with unlimited free time you can only actually play a couple games at a competitive level due to the timesink required to do so.

Sportsmanship ranking-based playlists, similar to Gran Turismo Sport or iRacing, where your ability to play the game regardless of your raw skill gives you a rating. In racing games this means avoiding collisions and keeping the car on the track/out of the barriers.
In shooters, could mean things like rewarding players who don't rage quit or have a high number of assists rather than just kills, rewards for being a driver of a vehicle, defending objectives, etc, meaning you could get ranked against people who are good teammates rather than just highly skilled players. Would be interesting.
