Utilizing this means that from stealth, a weapon with it does 40% more damage overall (1 base * 0.7 * 2 = 1.4).
I doubt a plain 40% damage bonus would render bullet sponges insta-dead.

kinda basic but at least the main ones have some variety.
There doesn't seem to be animation/projectile for the arm-cannon one, since the explosion is instant and literally has no projectile. also the "launch" uses different set of arms and the game doesn't seem to check well if your previous ones are still on the screen, so you sometimes have 3 arms.

Build used; Cool-twitchy-brainlet corpo, not sure if possible to save the mexican, but I was actively trying to avoid it anyways.

Wanted to go kill everyone at funeral but couldn't, they were all essential. Enemies level with you and get increased heath slowly at first but about lvl 5-7 it really picks up. Legendary weapons from story become useless really fast, the pistol from silverhand is worst gun in my inventory at nay given time. Upgrades are multiplicle with gun perks that are random, even for crafted ones.

Also there seems to be no low int dialogue options.

Assuming you're running at 144 fps and it's half a second to ADS, that is a massive 2.88 frames faster.

Eddies are useless, everything cool is behind street cred, and I was never shot of eddies but street cred kept me back.

Shotgun pellets disappear after about 15 meters.
