I think you're underestimating the popularity of Elder Scrolls, Doom and Fallout. If they drop a couple of those games as xbox exclusives (even limited time) then they'll sell a shit ton of consoles.

Although the PS5 dosen't have a whole lot of games right now, in a year or 2 it will have more worthwhile games then Xbox. People buy the switch JUST to play Nintendo games, hardware wise the Switch is a piece of shit but people still buy it becuase guess what there are games on there that you can only play on Switch. Xbox only have stale exclusives that have been milked to death like Halo (Newest installment looks like it's going to be a fucking xbox360 game) and Gears of War. Starfield alone won't be out till 2022. If you exclude the teaser for Skyrim, they released that and FO4 in the same year as they actually showed the game off so maybe they can push it in 2021. It just seems like there isn't enough rumblings compared to FO4 where we had the Boston location known like 2 years before launch

Phil said in a recent interview that they almost gave up with the launch of Xbox One. They realized they had an advantage over Sony, they had money, so they banked on the Game Pass and buying studios.

Their new motto is to put their games in as many platforms as possible, why do you think those games will be exclusive? Maybe exclusive DLC content.
