Of course they have to sex her up. She's completely forgettable otherwise. In a game about characters with superhuman/mystic/magical abilities, she is a girl with some weapons. That shtick only works so fucking much. Batman gets a pass cause he has so much history, and is a tech giant in his own universe. Same with Stark. We still stomach Hakeye and Green Arrow cause we can tolerate maybe one more "he's so extremely skilled he goes toe to toe with gods" character, but now we get an offshoot spinoff sidekick to one of those. How painfully boring.
