Just started the game, I'm torn between the 3 lifepatsh. Slightly more into Corpo because it seems you can keep some manners, but at the same time I' like the fact that Street Kid doesn't give a fuck.

I'd like to play the intelligent ronin/samurai type, with Katana and area hacks. Is Corpo the path for me or should I pick Nomad/Sk?

None of them mean anything anyways. Doesn't matter. You'll end up doing the same shit as everyone else in 30 minutes because all paths lead to the same outcome of you being a street rat

not even 30 minutes.

I went Nomad and it was over in 10 minutes. Apart from a couple of dialogue choices, nothing felt unique to my choice.

True, I was kicked out of corpo within about 20 minutes. Shit sucked.

You should pick your nose... and eat it because that's what I expect from subhuman monkeys who buy a game like Cyberpunk

You always end up on the Street, just in different ways... You get different Dialogue options for every path, which can directly impact the ending.

Can I play as a pure human in this game?

Did anyone elses performance drop significantly after the title sequence?

Doesn't matter at all.

No

That's gay. What's the minimum you have to take?

No idea but the games plot is you being mind fucked by impants so pure human is off the table.

Picked nomad because I wanted to be a newcomer to the city. Instant 6 month time skip. What a shit intro

fucking yes! exactly my reason for picking Nomad for my first playthrough. It feels tacked on.

I thought it'd be some Dragon Age Origins shit but it lasts like 5 minutes and means almost nothing

b-but nomad was supposed to be the canon route...

This game literally has less choices and choice based impact than fallout 4

>buy game
>they give you a gog code instead of a steam code
>you are forced to use their platform instead of your choice
how is this allowed?

Attached: HAPPENING.jpg (770x800, 78.04K)

gog is better than steam you fag

its not my choice and i dont even have an account there
if i wanted to use gog i would've just waited for someone to upload their offline installer and pirate it

Then why didn't you buy it on Steam?

I had to buy it physical for personal reasons
ex. I cannot / don't have my own way to pay in online means

Doesn't matter, all the same 15 minutes in

You are basically a cyborg with plugs in your head. There is no option to be more human.

How do i make my character white?
He just ends up mutt looking

By choice?

>pick street kid
>get some intro montage when meeting jackie
>6 month timeskip
>on a job with jackie

Was that supposed to be a playable segment and it was just cut or something? Like what the fuck? It just felt so jarring and feels like they're trying to force me to like jackie when I know nothing about him.

It quite literally doesn't matter, OP. Game's a railroad after the prologue.

they probably had real 3-5 hour tutorial intros for all path and just got cut

Since you're maybe still on character creation and it's something I wish I knew, here the skill trees for each stat and what they generally do

>Body
Athletics: HP/Stam conservation and restoration
Annihilation: Shotguns/LMGs
Street Brawler: Fists/blunt
>Reflexes
Assault: ARs/SMGs
Handguns
Blades
>Technical Ability
Crafting: just makes crafting cheaper/better
Engineering: tech guns/grenades
>Intelligence
Breach Protocol: network hacks like disabling all cameras
Quickhacking
>Cool
Stealth: more sneaky + crits/poison
Cold Blood: gives upgradable "Cold Blood" buff for killing enemies

Maybe it'll be DLC

Lifepaths are a lie. I don't remember the last time I've been so disappointed with a game, let alone the supposedly biggest, most ambitious RPG ever.

I chose the corpo lifepath to really feel my character getting fed up with the shitty corpo lifestyle and making some conscious choices that would ultimately lead him to realizing that he'd be better off becoming a Night City thug.

The intro sequence really got my hopes up. It had this Deus Ex HR feeling I liked so much. It was simpler than Deus Ex, with muh corpo bad propaganda thrown right at you, but it did the job well enough for me to believe that the corporation was a big part of my character's life, something that shaped him and won't easily go away.

And then the game made me fly into a fucking bar to meet with this Jackie dipshit where 2 corpo guys just casually spawned out of nowhere and literally took my past away from me, and now out of a sudden 30 seconds of a shitty cutscene go by and hey guess what half a year has passed and you're a thug for some reason, the corpo guys don't care about you anymore even though you were given this ultra-important quest by the big bad corpo boss himself during a private top-secret conversation just minutes ago, and there go your moral dilemmas and character development you'd care about. I wasn't even able to keep this top secret shard to myself and shoot the corpo guys - then I'd at least feel I made a conscious choice and the cutscene that followed would make so much more sense. I would actually be fine with it.

But that didn't happen, and it left me thinking - what was the point then? I feel like they did all this work scripting and designing shitty interactive lifepath cutscenes only to market the game as a TRUE DEEP RPG EXPERIENCE, and now it turns out it's actually worse because of them.

tldr just play Deus Ex

How much space does this game takes and will take in the near future? I only have 116 out of 240 gb of free space in my SSD and I have no idea what's taking so much space, the heaviest application installed that I could find being RPCS3 (I do use it for the OS though). Should I just install it on my hard drive?
