user, Cyberpunk has been in development for the PS4/Xbox 1 for like 4 years now. It should be most optimized for them, and anything under 30 fps on them should be unacceptable.

I play mainly PC, and the only console I really use is a switch. However, a game getting anything under a 20fps on a console is not acceptable in anyway. Even then, people are reporting horrible frame rates on PC even if they're specs are above the recommended. The game's just horribly optimized, because they've been doing nothing for years and only really started work on it when the crunch started.
