>Why are you so entitled? That top of the line GPU you bought isn't meant to be able to run AAA games for longer than 4 years
Why are you so entitled...
>That top of the line GPU
>1080TI
When it came out it was
>beautiful looking game
There is nothing sadder than a paypig
that was 4 years ago you're 2 series behind now.
>60fps on high
what more do you want nignog
I would still assume that a 1080ti is better than a 3060, isn't it?
>Brony
check
>Consoomer
check
>Steam drone
check
>Reddit Karma
probably astronomical
So was the 8800 GTX
nah it's not. The 3060ti is better than the 2080 super
It's around equivalent to the 3060ti in raw power except without DLSS and DXR(not that you could reasonably use raytracing with a 3060ti but DLSS really helps a lot).
You would assume incorrectly.
lolno
They're on par with each other
>These comments
suddenly this pic makes sense now
>Wonder what kind of frames I'll get on native 1366x768.
that bad boy could run crysis high 1366x768 with core 2 duo and 4 gigs of ram
>keep up dude you need to be buying the newest card every year for maximum consooming
Well shid. Are bitcoin cunts still jacking up GPU prices?
yes if you want to play on high or ultra.
No, current top of the line gpus are exponentially more powerful than 1080ti
People hate to admit it but there is a huge improvement in gpus going on especially with stuff like dlss
Even the gpus that have been bought now will become obsolete very soon
>1080ti
>top of the line
>complaining a 4 year old gpu doesn't give 60fps
No shit, are you new to PC gaming? You should update your card every 2-3 years.
RDR2 on PS4 and Xbox One looks better better than 2077 and almost top end rigs. This games coding and development is a joke.
Its still a pretty good card, trades blows with the 2080 and 5700XT which are still very solid cards.
Only really this year now do we have cards in an affordable range that really outdo those.
>That top of the line GPU you bought isn't meant to be able to run AAA games for longer than 4 years
this but unironically
1080ti is outclassed by newer gpus. dont be consoleniggers and hold back the entire industry because you are so poor you cant buy new hardware after half a decade
if you dont want to upgrade, just lower the settings you mongoloid
1070 I7 6700K Is it even worth me trying to play this on my shitbox pc
I don't believe so, but 3000 series cards are impossible to get right now due to scalpers and 2000 series haven't seen a significant price drop yet due to the unavailability of the former.
No, that went away ages ago. Now GPUs are just constantly out of stock because of ebay scalpers that are jacking up the prices. The best GPU on the market, the RTX 3090, has an MSRP of $1500 but goes for well over 2k from scalpers.
If you want a midrange card like a 3060ti you're also totally fucked unless you want to massively overpay for it, again thanks to the ebay scalpers.
if you got that GTX 570 to finally run Crysis 10 years ago you should definitely be able to run Cyberpunk on Low-Med settings at 30fps
>You should update your card every 2-3 years.
1080ti was outdated a long time ago when it comes to graphical api support
Retard console gamer
Did the 30s just come out? I usually wait for a new series and then pick up the top model from the previous line
>how is it possible my 4 years old GPU can't max the latest game
Uwaga Uwaga
>Did the 30s just come out?
Yes.
>yes, yes, good consoomer, upgrade your GPU every year
Fuck off kikes, if these polish ""developers"" were worth a shit they would be able to optimize their fucking game.
I'm running every other new game 1080p, maxed out settings and easily get 60fps with a 2016 card
b-b-b-b-b the PC Master Race user t-t-t-told me a top of the line c-card would B-B-BTFO c-c-c-console p-p-p-p-peasants for a d-d-d-d-d-decade
It's n-not fair!
lmfaoing poor people stop complaining if you're playing it with your poverty setup
Right now there is a huge leap going on with raytracing and ai based tech, you will need to wait 4 years before all that becomes standard, maybe after that gpu update speed will slow down
3000 series is superior to 1000 series in a way that makes them almost not comparable
Reminder to report wojak retards
>I usually wait for a new series and then pick up the top model from the previous line
Again, 20s haven't really dropped in price yet because nobody can get 30s due to scalpers.
Yet it still embarasses its AMD counterpart the 5700XT in non gaming scenarios like video encoding and cuda core rendering.
I should know, I own both cards.
>that random spam username
false flag?
>that old ass CPU
umm
Upgraded my 1050ti to a 1660 super
gave gf 1050ti
can't wait to play this at max framez and dab on everyone
No you don't :)
It's still much more than what the recommended settings are.
Ampere launched in early October, so relatively recently. The 3060ti is even newer than that.
AMD also launched their 6800 and 6900 cards in November and those have similar...ish... performance in rasterisation(so standard game graphics without real time raytracing). They're cheaper but still stupidly expensive and also out of stock. So instead of paying $1500 for a 3090 you can instead pay "only" $1000 for a 6900XT.
>have a 1080ti
>max literally any game that isn't unoptimized Ubishit at 1440p
and somehow the 5700XT can manage a steady 60 on ultra
They're pulling your leg. It's on a par with a 3060
Recommended is for medium-high settings at 1080p 30fps generally.
It's what you need for a "comfortable" experience.
Minimum is what is required for it to even launch and be barely playable.
This. I can play nearly any competently made game at 1080/60 with a GTX 980. I don't care about cybertranny77, but for a game that looks so shitty, you shouldn't need to have the latest and greatest card DESU
You're not maxing out RDR2 at 1440p with a 1080Ti, don't lie.
I couldn't get consistent 60 with a 2080Ti.
When I bought my 1070 to play in maxed 1080p people here called me a retard and that this was a 1440p+ card
And here we are as I expected
this
any RTX card from Nvidia will have meme prices. a 1660 Super mops the floor with bottom-level new cards that support Ray Tracing and will cost far less.
this is the time to settle for max settings on 1080p and maybe spend more if you want 144hz
