Cyberpunk PC Performance Thread

Last thread died. Post your specs and what kind of performance you're getting.

I've got an an R7 3700x, 2060 Super, 16 gigs of ram @ 3200mhz. I'm running the game nearly maxed out, with DLSS set to performance, and I'm getting 60 FPS at 1080p with occasional dips to 50. I counteract the blurriness of DLSS by setting the geforce sharpness filter to 50. Game looks and plays great. Picture related is my screenshot for the faggot in the last thread who didn't believe me.

Sorry to all the peeps who are shocked to learn that their 7 year old laptop, which was low tier when it was new, won't run the game maxed out at 4k/60 fps.

This game is raping my gtx 1060. It destroyed her purity. It's fucking over.

here, i'll save everyone's time and sum up OP post
>bruh i spent $7000 to get 50fps
>fuck you poorfags watch me humblebrag

nobody cares

I live in America, not the 3rd world, so my PC cost me less than $1k, not $5k.

OP has a dogshit build and a dogshit framerate on a dogshit resolution. I have no idea why you'd think he's bragging

3700x, 1660S, 16GB. 40 fps medium/low

>talks shit
>doesn't post his build
Enjoy your PS4 copy of the game, I'm sure you'll get used to the 20 FPS.
>inb4 I have a 3090 I swear plz believe me.

R5 3600
RTX 2060
16gb ram
1080p

Everything maxed except shadows, and Anti-aliasing, variable resolution off, DLSS off, ray tracing off.
Rock-solid 60fps.
Turning Ray-tracing on and setting DLSS to Quality 720p is also rock solid 60, but outside of the better reflections, doesn't look good enough to be worth it

>no option to disable TAA

What the fuck?
Are they retarded?

I'm on a 2070super and getting very decent framerates in some areas but I can tell it's taxing for it to run ultra with RTX. Should I just go ultra instead? Does turning off RTX make that much of a difference?

Turn cascaded shadows to medium.

I get a decent bump when I turn ray tracing off but I've seen some people claim they get better FPS with RT on. It seems the baked in lighting is fairly taxing as well.

yep doing exactly the same as you. dlss on quality, sharpness on nvidia control panel. ray tracing off. 120 fps in closed places, 80 in the city.
2070s, 3800x, 16gb ram (3200)

You can edit the game files to turn TAA off, but you're right it should be an option in the menus.

i5-9600 CPU
RTX 2070 GPU
16gb ram
SSD
2k monitor
I get 70-90FPS on Ultra preset with high crowd density and RTX features ON. A lot of people may be getting bottlenecked by 1080p. Played 5hrs or so, no temp readings above 63c on GPU. Seems pretty decent performance given what everyones been saying. Had one time in early corpo tutorial with about a second of sub-60FPS, but only that once

holy shit my game just jumped 20fps up.

1080p is bottlenecking your FPS, if you go to 2k expect a 10-20FPS boost from that rig bro

Is that with DoF on or something? It's a blurry mess

>sharpness on nvidia control panel
I'm actually using the Geforce filter in game. Alt+F3, then select details, turn everything down to 0 except sharpness which stays at 50. I might experiment with the control panel sharpness option to see if it's any better or worse.

How does the game look at lower than native res with the Radeon sharpening? Since it already has TAA, could I run 1080p on a 1440p monitor without it looking awful?

What can I expect with Ryzen 7 2700 1080ti at 1440p?

My monitor is only 1080p/60mhz though. I don't even think the game allows me to bump up to 2k.

Yeah, I turned motion blur off and left the rest of the cinematic options (film grain, DoF, etc) on.

i think this might be the same thing as the control panel no? either way, the game looks sharp and crisp and perfect. it looked like a really shitty blurry mess before and im glad i got it to work

cd project based is raping my pc HELP
i have a 1070 and get 25fps

Where?
The forums suggest there's currently no way since there is no value set in the disabled menu option.

this. i turned off DOF and it seems to have removed some of the blurriness, but cant recommend the nvidia control panel enough

Whether it's screenshots, high-end shills on youtube, or even friends performances I have yet to be impressed with the game in motion or any screenshots in general

9700K, 3080 and 16 GB of ram at 3600mhz. I get 60 fps most of the time with Raytracing enabled and 100 fps without Raytracing at the best case scenarios where its not that crowded. DLSS always enabled.

Everyone reading this thread DO THIS. THIS WILL SINGLE HANDEDLY MAKE THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE IN YOUR FPS.

YOU FUCKERS SCROLLING DOWN NEED TO DO THIS. Thank me later.

might not work for everyone. i turned down cascaded shadows and noticed no change, though my game was already running fine

Ryzen 3600
RX 580 8gb

What can I expect?

I'm running medium-high 1080p on 2500k and 1060 6gb.
~45 indoors, 35 outside.

My GPU mogs the 2060 Super but my CPU is pure shit (i5 6600k). Is this game more CPU or GPU intensive?

I put all Shadow settings to medium and everything else on High
So far 60fps locked in the corpo starting area. I hope it doesn't get worse when I get to the city.

Ryzen 3700X / GTX 1080 / 1080p
I installed the game on my SSD

Which is the shadow setting that actually hurts the most?

Attached: Screenshot_3.jpg (866x682, 81.89K)

3080, i9-10850k, 32gb RAM @ 3600mhz, NVME SSD

1440p, settings all cranked to the max, DLSS set to Quality

70-80ish FPS average, with highs in the 120s (indoors, corridors) and lows in the mid 50s (huge open areas like the screenshot in this pic)

Ryzen 7 3700
5700xt
I'm getting a pretty consistent 50fps throughout, high 60s indoors. Someone said turn cascading shadows to medium, does that really help?

why does this clown have more fps than me
what are you setting anonette?

i have that on low and still have fps problems

holy fuck that looks crazy good

both

2080ti, high end cpu and all that crap. Maxed out settings + ray tracing and I'm getting steady 50-60 on an ultrawide except one part when you drive to the ripperdoc where for a few seconds I dropped to 15. Hasn't happened since. Overall pretty steady if you have a good card but clearly needs a lot more optimization.

6 hours in and it still blows me away just running and driving around. anyone that says raytracing is a meme is sour graping you

It could literally depend on the environment where cascaded shadows are used.

>lows in the mid 50s (huge open areas like the screenshot in this pic)
and, let me guess, outside of V's apartment?
that's the only place where my fps drops lower than 60

Do I play as the girl?

i caved in and got geforce now
sorry bros

what monitor do you use mate?
