Honestly, I think if this game had another year, maybe even 2, it could've been what people wanted. As it is, it's desparately buggy. It's even worse when you consider it was probably developed with current gen consoles in mind since its been so long, eg ps4, yet it runs so bad on them.
I feel like dlss will be a real revolution for gfx. I saw this video, where a guy played death stranding in like, 640x480,but it still looked great, and his fps were obvs through the roof.

Cyberpank convinced me its worth upgrading my PC further. Can play it at 4k a high settings, but the raytracing and ultra settings are so great it makes worth investing further.
The Last of Us is running on last-gen hardware.
