If USSR is so great why don't you go live here?

You offended by the anti-semetism , OP?

the game creators live there

>hasn't read cold war era propaganda before
The grass is always greener on the other side

I love the implication that a public, tax payer funded system where the government has to service everyone equally is somehow 30x more advanced than the private insurance companies of the new US despite the fact that the main reason US healthcare is so expensive in the first place is because of how much technology and medicine is created and subsidized by us for the entire world’s usage. It makes no sense that the USSR would be able to universally take care of everyone all the time with top of the line equipment if we are to believe this is the same resource limited and war torn world as implied.

does the USSR exist again in 2077

Oh well if an internet image says so it must be true. I just hope that image wasn't made by someone with a gender studies degree and 999999 billions in college debt.

That we would save $17 trillion switching to a public healthcare system. This is so laughably asinine I can't even put into words how stupid you'd have to be to believe it. Medical costs per capita for US citizens won't go down until we stop being the ones to provide all of the funding and research for leading medical technology and pharmaceuticals.

It was, is this a shitpost or just American education at its finest?

CP(the role playing game) is a setting where the power balance of the 80s still exists in the future.

wait, I thought polish people hated commies

what happened?

Enjoy waiting in line for 3 years and unchecked eventual price-inflation due to singular government control.

CDPR didnt create the universe retard
Mike Pondsmith did

Healthcare for everyone means you have a panel of people deciding who gets to live and dies. I don't remember the proper name but if they think you're not worth saving, you're dead :) Doesn't matter how much socialism bullshit you want, there will always be some desk rat who decides who lives and dies.

We have that in Sweden currently. One of my friends who is about 35-37 years old right now has been pretty much abandoned by the healthcare system. Why? Because they have to prioritize other patients first :)

Death to all socialists and communists.

I'm from a country with public health and it's a corruption sewer. Being goverment driven it means it's unefficient and slow and also you're paying for people who don't deserve it.
I don't think a private solution is worse per se but it needs personal responsability and a stable economy.

This. Private healthcare gives you the ability to choose your own quality of care and how quickly or reliable you want it, there's no incentive for good healthcare in a public system and if you've ever met a public worker they're usually dumb niggers who couldn't find another job. Not the staff I need running my grandmother's care team, sorry.

>americans

It wasn't. It was a member of the Warsaw Pact.

no socialism, too many brown refugee parasites, you'll just attract more of them, european style government services aren't going to last

Enjoy waiting 15 hours in an emergency room or 2 years for surgery

>you have a panel of people deciding who gets to live and dies.
That's literally what you insurance company is doing every time you go to the hospital. They can even decide if they will fund specific treatments and refuse it despite you being a good paypig.

>Insurance tells you no anyway and still takes your money

Fuck off

Alright, switch insurance companies, another will probably discount you for switching. Do the same when they do it to you. There's options, that's the whole point. Flexibility.

everybody deserves healthcare, end of.

Russians are white niggers so probably.

You're too young to understand, but healthcare has been getting worse and worse over the years. Go to Europe and you'll get a glimpse of what it used to be like here.

"Oh what's that, sudden rare disease that costs millions to treat? Oh you poor soul! Let's get you fixed up and out the door in a few days. The charge? What can you afford? 50 euro sounds good to me!"

Now just multiply that concept exponentially across an entire country, all depending on one controlling entity.

the cyberpunk you are playing is made by americans

Waiting lines are a myth and disinformation campaigns that the CEO of on of on record said he lied about (speaking about Canadian wait times, for example)
