The zero roleplaying, zero choices, zero branching, zero dialogue options, zero impact of lifepath, completly forced personality of V, lack of information of a world you get thrown into and then overwhelmed with side quests from random bitches nobody cares about, and just one romance option makes it not reach a 10/10

Why can’t games just copy new Vegas system?
attributes - your genetics str, dex, int etc. , doesn’t change unless you augment your body somehow
skills - train by using the skill (gun, explosive, sneak etc.)
perks - pick on level up, make your character unique

The first decent looter shooter since Borderlands 2. Fails in every way at being an RPG, a GTA clone, or cyberpunk themed. 7/10.

So the AI is HL1 1999 tier? Face it, the combat AI is godawful and the pedestrian AI is SO bad that it kills any point of exploring. There is nothing to see/do/interact with.

AI doesn't react to violence, or waving a gun, or wearing the kinds of clothes that should set off alarm bells. A few famous webms I've seen, and tested, are that if you park a car in the middle of the road the entire traffic just stops, AI can't go around it, their travel is pre-baked. And if you bash a person in a wheel chair, they just get up and run away. And in quests, some NPCs will yell "Not one step closer!!!", but if you take a step backwards they take this as a step closer. What they actually mean is "Dont move or I shoot". This is annoying, since it can get you to break quests.

You do realize that you don't get the additional dialogue options unless you have the proper stat? The game will not show you [you needed 4 cool to say ''this']. I noticed this after watching other people play the game. So you are missing whole quest paths depending on your stats and you won't even know it. For me this is great for immersion but i guess brainlets would be REEEing.

Also quests require you to follow quest markets, because the directions aren't good enough. However, the map is so zoomed in, that if you are driving at any speed, the quest market appears 0.5 seconds before you have to take a sharp turn, and basically you keep crashing your car trying to follow your GPS.

It's great. Nit picking faggots will complain about poor optimization and graphical bugs.

Solid 7/10, but considering the hype it's probably a disaster. Gameplay-wise it's a painfully mediocre. Deus Ex HR/MD did it much better and the sandbox has serious Ubisoftitis.

Yeah, I tried the different lifepaths and played through the early quests and it played out completely different due to having different lifepath experiences and thus different ways of solving things. The game just doesnt show you the branches or the options and hides it from you in order to make you focus on your build and not force players to shift away from their builds to access another option.
It's way more immersive that way which is great.

It's straight up becoming one of my favorite games ever, slowly. Playing on PC (2070s/i7 10700k)

But I'm super biased since I like cyberpunk shit like GiTS and Bladerunner 2049 a lot. I'm impressed at what they've done, the RPG side seems pretty meaty and I could see my self playing through it at least 3 very different ways. Enjoying building a melee hacker.

Animations and voice acting is god tier for a game of this scale and Elder Scrolls 6 and Starfeild probably wont even compare whenever they come out.

Witcher 3 already had this issue, and its worse here. Fewer dialogue options than Skyrim.
The different ways to resolve situations are all in gameplay: shoot or sneak or climb through the roof or talk, etc. In actual dialogue, there's barely anything, its a VN that you click through.
