If you have a launch model you should play SotN and Persona 3 Portable. Also play pokemon clover while youre at it. Ive had more fun with those games than any of the switch games i downloaded

Little to point out. Nintendo's never going to combine the NES and SNES VC's into a singular product. They'll be separated forever, updating at a snails pace, and if N64 ever becomes a thing for it, it'll be it's own branch as well.

I don't really use that app since I prefer to use my own emulators, but recently got the news notification for Mario Bros. 3 being added. Seriously how the fuck was that not there in the first place?

I refuse to pay for the shitty VC app when I can plug in the NES mini and play the same games without renting them.

Yeah, it's kind of crazy how few games they have available considering it's suppose to be one of the main selling features.

why would you regret not getting botw physically? you want to have the option to sell it if you don't like it? in any case i recommend that and odyssey. fire emblem in my opinion is not worth 60 dollars, but if it interests you then go ahead. i have no idea about astral chain, never played it

didn't like odyssey that much, but i'm not highly into mario games. breath of the wild and fire emblem are huge time sinks if you're invested enough, astral chain is really high quality, but i find myself getting burnt out kinda fast

I beat Mario 3 on NES and then started playing it on SNES. Gonna go through 1 more time on Famicom as it has several small changes with the major one being Mario reverting to small after a hit. I just hope we get more games. If we get GBA games I'll play through Mario 3 again

I've been playing some portable Doom Eternal runs surprisingly solid and doesn't need overclocking like 2016 but it chews the battery away really really fast

D:E is nice I was worried it would look worse than 2016 raphics settings wise but it's on par. The gunplay and AI feel more dialed-in. Playing on nightmare this time though, not gonna make the same mistake twice of making things too easy for myself.

3H is a decent enough starting point if you've never played FE before, but is fairly different from the rest of the series
