This fucking looter shooter MUH DPS shit is ruining it. I spend half my fucking time in menus dismantling garbage. WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA

So... you bought a game, on launch, that has been postponed a million times... with reports of the company whipping the devs to work round the clock, and you expected it to be a polished gem?
of all the problems with the game and given how bad the shooting is, the thing that sticks out especially as garbage is that there is zero feedback for when you have taken damage
it is actually amazing how shitty it is that you have to look at your health bar. there is no feedback until you get low and things turn red
i am playing on the hardest difficulty so maybe this is a feature???? i don't remember this being a problem in even fallout 4. they let you know when you took damage in that game
i don't know. maybe they didn't. but jesus christ
Actually, works on my machine. I have no bugs experienced so far. But the dumb fucking DPS system on weapons is so. Goddam. Retarded.
This too.
I am playing on normal. Why? Because for some fucking reason I can't rebind menu keys and im literally to lazy to hit 'I' TO OPEN THE FUCKING HUB MENU. So I have to use a controller. I can't believe they did the same shit as witcher 3
this wtf
enemies either deal no damage or take huge chunks off your hp and set you on fire but the game has the minimum amount of feedback for either of them
Theres a attribute that junk automatically gets dismantled. I got that as first upgrade
>there isn't even a walk key
Fuck cdpr right now senpai
Junk isn't the issue for me. I have that perk too. Its the GUNS and ARMOR.
Just like Witcher 3. You open the menu to manage inventory or craft or level up and within 3 seconds you already want to close it and never touch it again, before begrudgingly realizing you're stuck with it for the next 50+ hours or however long it takes to get through the game. You're using mouse + keyboard because it's a first person shooter, but then you start driving your first car and wish you'd be playing with a controller instead, because using WASD, every damn car will have understeering or oversteering problems. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
The whole open world city with traffic and pedestrians isn't anything to write home about either. None of the AI present is dynamic. Traffic doesn't have any awareness of you. If traffic is scripted to slightly nudge or veer to the left on the road, they'll do exactly that, regardless of you trying to overtake them from behind. If an pedestrian is taking their sweet time crossing the road, honking your horn certainly won't make them get a move on.
In combat, there's no dynamic ragdolling or any advanced hurt-behavior. If you shoot someone enough to stagger them, they will just ragdoll for a few seconds. If you shoot someone enough to kill them, they ragdoll permanently. That's the depth of combat in the reaction aspect.
The intro sequence missions are a discombobulated mess. On-rails chase sequences are like a buggy indie game. The sound of your guns reloading cuts out and the NPC trucks chasing you look like they are using temporary animation sets that are waiting to be touched up and finalized. That's in the Nomad intro mission. What do you mean you delayed the game by half a year? You delayed the game all these times and STILL the up-front content of the game has bugs? What is there to be said to that?
Yeah, the driving with kb+m is literally cancer. I dont get it. I really don't get it. This game is so undercooked.
who the fuck asked you to? you can sell all your inventory in 15 seconds anywhere in the city
I guess my biggest complaint is the skill system. Skills are not fun. Not even a little bit. Wow 2% less recoil. Wow. Mantis blades are not fun. Monofilament isn't either. These are meant to be top tier upgrades.
The game is absolutely not a fun game to play at all.
It looks good at the writing is fine. But fuck the game is absolute dogshit to play.
I hate that the enemies are so bullet spongish, but i guess that's because of the dps system.
stealth is the only fast way to get rid of people, but i suck at that and end up having to kill everyone sooner or later anyway
I knew this game would be Witcher 3 all over again and yet I'm still disappointed. Probably because of the billion bugs.
Look forward to the next 5 years where people say it's the best game ever made and when you bring up how bad the gameplay is they will post cyber geralt with awards from game journos or something as a response.
I have yet to find a use for any of the components. What can you do with them?
Was witcher 3 this bad at launch?
I'm enjoying so far, but yeah. Fucking memelands looter shooter mechanics can go fuck itself. Bulletsponge enemies and identical weapons with separate damage values, fucking dumb cunt who came up with this. It did NOT need Witcher 3 leveling.
>I have yet to find a use for any of the components. What can you do with them?
craft shit and upgrade weapons with them
So is crafting/dismantling actually worth anything? I just pick up so many upgrades
Is it done somewhere specific on the map or all inside the inventory menu?
It was pretty bad.
The game is a 7/10 there are definitely Cyberpunk aesthetic areas. But you know what pisses me off? Why is it only dark from 10pm-2am? The sun is literally rising by 2:30am. What fucking state has only 4 hours of night? Does this game take place in the arctic circle? I understand you can fast forward time but that isn't the point. At 9pm the sun is still visible. It's fucking ridiculous

IT'S UP
Did you not play Witcher 3, it had the same garbage for some reason nobody pointed it out because 90% of players are either braindead and don't know what good game design actually is or CDPR brand loyalists
total enemy hit points / dps = game content time
have you ever played a rpg video game?
I played the whole thing recently for the first time and it was very enjoyable.
No.
There is like an infinite amount of health regen, so it's a safe bet to repeatedly hit D-Up, or whatever it is on PC
I played it for hours without the patch and I don't think I ever experienced a bug.
Cyberpunk, I played it with a patch that took 4 hours to install and I've crashed 3 times in 5 hours
yeah it's very enjoyable that a special unique sword or armor piece becomes immediately useless because everything keeps leveling up, even the shitty common sets
KB+M driving is always terrible. I used to play Trackmania with a keyboard and it's godawful. Once you get used to a stick, you can't use a keyboard or d-pad to drive anymore. Obviously, a wheel is the best option.
been playing cyberpunk for little over 10 hours. no crashes but it is very janky
I would get the game it looks good to me after watching decent amount of streams of it but I'm not that into "story" games. I like stuff similar to sandbox with more of what gta does
What is this a screenshot from OP?
