Is it good? Or at least decent enough to play it? I enjoyed Legion for the most part, skipped BFA

yes, it's better than legion.
If you liked Legion, the expansion responsible for introducing everything that killed the game, I'm sure you'll love Shadowlands.
Legion was kino
>M+
>artifacts and AP grind
>retarded rng legendaries
>world quests
>focus on time gating and increasing player time metrics
>allied races
Legion was so much worse than WoD it's insane to me that people defend it. WoD wasn't good either but it didn't completely butcher the game the way that Legion did.
is shadowlands chad or cuck?
Leveling is a bit of a chore I found, and a lot of the content is still timegated.
chuck
I don't like it desu.
I was enjoying BFA around the same time of release. I got my rogue to 60, did a few heroics, and I haven't logged in since Monday.
Imagine playing WoW after Mists of Pandaria
Why the fuck would you still play WoW? There's better shit out there you can do with your time. The game is supported entirely by retards who think this will finally be the expansion that fixes everything, people who have too much time sinked in to quit, and chinese.
haven't logged in for a few days, torghast is a fucking ball ache
it's Legion with all the retarded stuff removed like everyone thought BFA was going to be
I feel like there's too much shit to do every week and if you don't poopsock you risk falling behind. I don't want to treat the game like a job and whip out the to do list every weekly reset.
>WoD gets a pass now
This is a new low even for blizzdrones
I just don't like it. I honestly think BFA was better despite all of its problems, at the very least BFA was more polished.
Just wait for classic TBC bro, don't do this to yourself
have you noticed how the horde is 90% female blood elf, i dont get the appeal
90% of females play blood elf plus every soiboi and tranny plays a female belf too
has the shadowlands dropoff happened yet?
exactly my feelings bro. for the past few expansions the game just feels like a fuckin chore. do this do that or youre behind
How good is WoW right now for a primarily solo player with no interest in raiding/pvp, just wanting to grind, make money and collect stuff? I recently quit FF14 because there was just too much emphasis on social stuff and forcing people to do raids and shit just to get through the msq.
you have 6 hours of leveling 50-60 content. then nothing
You can jump on mythic dungeons easily with unknown people. All you need is decent gear
i have never let my subscription lapse and i preordered shadowlands day one
i stopped playing this after a week
the questing is so fucking awful that I didn't even want to level a second character, and I don't want to play my first character because torghast is literally impossible unless you're a class with significant self-healing
I hate the story
it's not warcraft anymore
there's only one decent covenant and their leader dies in the first raid
i'm burnt out on mythic plus
everything is timegated to fuck
13 years straight and they got me to stop in a week
i'm playing euiv at the moment and having a lot of fun
sounds to me like you are lying. no way you could handle BFA but not shadowlands.
Questing was well done in WoD
Yrel was hot
i said my subscription never lapsed, i didn't say i played every day
in all seriousness though I loved every zone for horde and the lore of the zandalari, the raids and dungeons were a lot of fun as well
there is literally nothing redeeming about shadowlands because it doesn't even feel like it's taking place in the warcraft universe
what class did you play?
The only real chore is the maw because it's every single day, even if it's like 30 minutes. Renown + torghast is maybe a few hours per week total. That said, the maw probably isn't even really worth it for the vast majority of players.
I enjoy it.
There's a lot of content and stuff to do and currencies to get and rep to grind and daily and weekly chores. It might look like too much, but as you play enough you realize that it's not mandatory to do it all. It actually feels pretty sandboxy (for current WoW at least).
I started out with BM hunter but got bored super quick, then I played a frost mage for two patches and eventually switched to sub rogue for the last few months
I have one of every class at max level except priest
sub rogue was my main going into shadowlands and torghast is impossible as a rogue
how is druid specs?
Doesn't the maw just provide stygia?
Timegating the expansion. Even upgrading your fucking PvP gear is timegated.
Balance is doing very well, feral is struggling a bit. Resto is king right now and guardian is ok.
so come back in 18 months after all the timegating is gone?
Rep with the merchant there eventually unlocks the ability to buy socket upgrades for stygia. Sockets can still roll randomly as well.
Nothing wrong with M+
World Quests always existed in some form as dailies.
I agree on everything else though.
in BFA?
i've never healed so idk about resto
balance felt really strong and the eclipse system makes it like 1% more complex than other casters so it's more interesting to play and harder to hit good numbers
world quests and other boring shit was super quick and easy to do because you could just dot and starfall everything without even trying
feral was fun as shit to pvp with but I didn't pvp much after the first month or two
I only ever tanked to level with dungeon spam and it was underwhelming
haven't played druid in shadowlands because i stopped playing the game
It's better than Legion and it's infinitely better than BFA
kill yourself
It's the best, by far, expansion of WoW. everything we always wanted is here. Not a single flow:
>Quests are kino
>Dungeons are kino
>Lore is kino
>Raid is kino (and hard)
>NPCs are based
>Gameplay is comfy
