Smash likes to use the anime as inspiration so Persian for sure. His gimmick might not be swapping like Pokemon Trainer but instead having his Persian be suped up with equipment that lets it use moves it shouldn't be able to.
But if he did swap I'd imagine Nidoqueen would be one of his mons alongside Persian
