Fucked up hitboxes/animations not matching moves and having inputs that make sense for one. There's still other problems in the game like instakill and dizzy both being mechanics in the same game but those are probably the biggest problems I that need unfucking if you want the game to draw in more people.

I mean if you like the game how it is that's fine, just saying if you want to get more people to play for more than just release month there is a lot of shit that you'd need to change for that. All the changes required would make it not guilty gear anymore so even if I dislike the games its better for it to stay niche and appeal to you guys you actually like it.

If you get hit by an IK or get dizzied then that's on you being a retard. If we were talking PS1 GG IKs I'd understand but beyond that those two bits are not issues at all.
