Tried CvS2 the other day, I had played it before, but I felt an itch to play it after seeing the recent stuff in Arturo's channel. I can't do anything in that game. I can't even do low forward into fireball, the cancel windows are super weird. I was surprised to find out A-groove combos were actually the easy ones. But goddamn does it feel good to just press buttons.

Have you looked into K-Groove? It's a great groove and doesn't have roll cancels making the execution much easier. It is more rushdown oriented however so if you don't like playing offensively you may not enjoy it.

Who's talking about RCs? Talking about basic shit here, cancelling normals into specials. The cancel window is incredibly tight in that game, and I had no idea. Not to mention normals are really fast. It just makes high level play much more impressive.
