ITT: Improvements & changes you want to see in The Elder Scrolls VI: Hammerfell
>Pirates should do pirate things dynamically, i.e based on their AI and not just because the player triggered an event by entering the area >The world should level around the player more, it's not fair or fun to meet an enemy with more health or better gear than the player. >There's currently so many magic schools that it just complicates things, they should be reduced. We really only need two schools, Good and Bad (damage & healing) >It can be hard to remember the NPCs because there's just soo many of them in the towns/cities. They should reduce the number of NPCs in settlements and instead add more bandits to caves to make up for it. >Racial/gender bias could be reduced, if a player plays as a Redguard, Khajiit, Argonian or female they could get extra stats at the start for checking their privilege
>last elders scrolls game on a xbox platform came in third after PC&playstation. >newest gen xbox has a bad launch and will not sell outside of the US >Lol, lets make our multiplat game that had most of it's profit from PC&PS exclusive to xbox. Yeah no, a timed exlcusive at most.
Lincoln Cook
dont' care about tes6. make skyrim 2 instead of that nerd shit
Charles Murphy
Todd says have Skyrim 1 again on stronger console hardware. Which won't fix anything because throwing a more powerful machine at a fundamentally broken engine won't magically make that broken engine work better. It's why older games tend to not work on newer machines unless they were fixed up to do so by other people.
Jordan Thomas
> Don't make Elder Scrolls 6 > Just make Elder Scrolls 5 + 1
Dominic Taylor
> "Can you recoup the money you spent without putting it on PS?"
all this shit will actually happen. the future is bleak.
Elijah Gray
I'm going to try to be realistic: Less chosen one shit, more interesting guild quest lines that require more commitment in joining and less becoming the boss of everything. Not unoptimized as fuck. More interesting companions. More interesting and fun main plot.
It's gonna be just FO4 with a skyrim skin, enjoy your speech options >yes >yes but sarcastic >dragon shout >no >I will kill you for touching my cheese last week
Oliver Walker
You accept transgenderism, now pay the costs
Robert Perez
>"Snoy" I have never played a bethesda game on Playstation. And i have never payed for a bethesda game too. Fuck off console faggot.
Dylan Jones
>year of our lord 2020 >being a salesfag kek MS has fuck-you money btw.
Ian Carter
It's very rare for Todd and co. to verbally acknowledge faults, but they've said they've noted the dislike of Fallout 4's dialogue system.
Fallout 76 after Wastelanders has New Vegas levels of dialogue options, with skill checks that are very abundant.
Justin Evans
>game is most popular on playstation >make game excusive to xbox >playstation players move to xbox you're right, this is a horrible move by ms
i just wish its just a broken mess like all the other bethesda games lately, please make this one at least work
Charles Fisher
Xchads.. We won..
Grayson Nelson
>playstation players move to xbox for a bethesda game Delusional
Jaxson Wood
Yes YES The tiger is out
Kayden Scott
we're talking TES...
Mason Rogers
Todd Found his sweet spot with casualization of his games with Skyrim and will most likely never pull a fallout 4 again. They either might stick with skyrims way of systems and build on it
Carson Peterson
You already weren't the chosen one in Oblivion. You're just some fuckwit that the emperor had a wetdream about.
Hudson Gomez
Honestly, the game could be whatever the devs want it to be. They'd have to fuck up really hard to not please me, as I'll probably be able to enjoy the lore and the world no matter what. What I do care about though is that the game is a good modding platform. No Creation Club exclusivity cancer. No shitty GECK that can't do dick and crashes every 5 minutes. I don't want to mod Skyrim until the end of time. That's encouraging at least.
Eli Price
well yeah bethesda games are big deals if you haven't noticed
Jonathan Sullivan
unrelated but do you think game devs lurk Zig Forums?
Jayden Stewart
Statistically it is a certainty that some of them do. We know that the Deus Ex HR devs did, since they put a reference to us in their game.
Asher Brooks
Eh only in the most pedantic sense you aren't "chosen" by blood or whatever, but Oblivion had that problem of putting the world's (or kingdom's as far as you know at the time) fate in your hands right out of the gate I really want a more subdued start in TES
Isaac Thompson
Why? Just for the sake of it? You don't need to.
Benjamin Young
Not if Todd has anything to say about it.
Jose Lewis
Not sure I understand the question. I'm saying I don't like the way the games start story-wise with such urgency and responsibility on the player.
Luis Sullivan
I don't agree. Like, in skyrim you go somewhere a prisoner, a dragon attacks, then you escape. You have no reason to follow the main quest after that.
Caleb Phillips
don't even pretend like skyrim and fallout weren't the pinnacle of mindless normalfag consoomerism
