it's bugged only in raids and will be fixed next reset making it 3 items per 20 man raids, which is low as fuck. m+ is not bugged, it drops 1 item per run for 5 man group, which is much lower than BfA, heroic dungeons drop less loot as well

World design is garbage, art for armor/weapons/etc. is devoid of creativity.
The entire game is now designed around compartmentalized 'systems' that each have their own individual to-do lists. Your gametime is curated bullshit meant to keep you playing as much as possible to not feel left out.
And, ironically, as the storytelling presentation has increased (e.g. voice acting, in game cutscenes, more narrative focus) the actual story has constantly suffered from bullshit, asspulls, macguffins and mary sues, not to mention becoming hamfisted as fuck. It feels like the harder Blizzard tries to tug at my emotions, the less of a fuck I care about anything they have to say.

Went in with low expectations, but its shaping up to be best expac since last legion patch. Pvp gearing isn't dog, don't have to do all the bullshit sideshows for player power like every other expac either.

I think the point he is trying to make is not one of memory, but of being memorable. I can remember SL leveling as well, but nothing stuck out to me or made an impact as parts of the game had done in the past.
I can guarantee I won't remember or fondly recall my SL leveling experience as well as memories I have of leveling in past expansions in the coming years.

Literally all I can remember from Wrath leveling is the dragon gate cutscene.
