There is NO driving AI WHATSOEVER.
There is NO pedestrian AI WHATSOEVER.
Both are scripted to follow a path and when that fails they just stop and do nothing. They can't run away from you, they can't run after you, they can't break out of their current activity as long as you're around. They are less advanced than a fucking Roomba (automatic vaccuum cleaner) or the gardening equivalent.

death stranding was backed by sony, it was a pretty average game but there's no way it could have been this bad, they simply would not have allowed it to release

The thing about The Witchers "enhanced" edtion was that the game wasn't remade from the ground up. It's actually just updates.
An "Enhanced" edition Cyberpunk would just be what the version of the game would be in like a year or 2 with updates sold to you at a premium because you didn't buy in at the start.
