Didn't know this game existed. I've played Vampire: The Masquerade, Werewolf: The Apocalypse tabletop RPGs, and the RAGE cardgame. The combat looks okay; I don't like how floaty the physics are and the EU logo at the end is dishearting. Any word on how roleplaying will work? Can you choose different tribes and skills? Is it just the three garou stages? What I like about Whitewolf games is the larger emphasis on storytelling.

One of these days I'd love to see a Werewolf game using Ron Spencer's art style.

Darksiders 1 had a very similar gameplay, rage for wrath, direct combat, executions, and even a special mode, unless if you played 3.
Prototype combat is much less hack n slash, with you having to run around while looking for openings against certain types of enemies, and Batman combat is completly different.

user, don't expect such open RPG elements, the game is more of a brawler and less of a RPG. The character already has a tribe and a set pre history. But they said you will meet different tribes and Interact with them.

That's disappointing to hear. I'll give it a shot when the price is lower. I'd have been fine with lower budget game with a different combat system if it meant having better roleplaying. On a positive note, I like how the music changes when combat starts.

I'm buying this just because I enjoy games like DMC, Darksiders and etc, and I enjoy rock. Plus it's a werewolf game, pretty rare to find.
I'm legit curious how much RPG there will be, the developers walls the game like it's a heavy action brawler with some RPG elements, I'm expecting basic RPG things, not top deep.
