>what are you hoping for?
Otake Prime, some cool new enemies, actual useful and powerful skills for all weapon types.
>What build are you planning on using it?
Omnyo/Courage 150/150. I want to see if they'll put out a "Perfect" stat thing, a tier above "Ultimate" stats, going up to 200. Not sure what additional effects they can add, but I want to get Iza Jinjou's Omnyo/Odachi combo attacks, where you can cast a spell and also use a weapon active skill at the same time.
>What weapon?
Odachi, Fist, SG and SS. I've had shit luck with getting Transform >Magic/Courage, but if I had those I'd probably try using Spear and Axe.
>How big are your Hide's titties?
I run around in Seimei's pajamas so it doesn't really make a difference. Hope we get some actually feminine armor this time around like kimonos or more shrine shit. Loose-fitting stuff like Yasha's/Kasha's kimono
i think either this game or xenoblade DE were my favorite games this year, but im leaning towards nioh 2
cant wait for thursday, i hope the new abyss like mode is really big
Hows the game running on ps5?
who cares about that shit PC soon boys
DLC enemy design for 2 is fucking superb
I beat the game a while ago, thinking of jumping back in, but how are the DLCs (Haven't played any of them)? I think I saw a tri-staff and fist weapons, but not sure if any others were added? What other stuff was added in general?
If this DLC doesn't include speed stacks like Nioh 1 then fuck it. Not playing a slower game
?
DLC 1 is okay
DLC 2 is amazing
splitstaff and fists were added. SS is aight, you're mileage may vary. Fists are probably the best weapon in the game, both in terms of mechanical complexity and how much fun they are to use.
im probably not gonna get that, i have 200+ hours in the ps4 version, dont wanna restart from scratch
all my friends who i play with have it on ps4 anyways
seems about the same, i havent really noticed a difference
there won't be a difference in action mode, but you run movie mode variable, it should top out at 1440p 60fps on PS5.
previously movie mode variable was 30fps-ish on ps4pro
>What are you hoping for?
Yuki and Tamamo to be the returning bosses, for the other brand new yokai to be cool, that the rumored doa content is a nyotengu fight, cool retrains (preferably to tengus and flying-bolts). That we get a proper demon king castle level, otakemaru's og fight be better than the last one (hard task to handle), a decent story conclusion, some slutty sets, that the abyss is a little more interesting than previously, perhaps a teaser for the new ng
is that too much to ask? Yes, but im sure we will get at least some of these.
>What build are you planning on using it?
I usually just run with sub-optimal jack of all trades shit to give me a harder time
>What weapon?
Odachi, Sword and Dual Swords
>How big are your Hide's titties?
I'm a connoisseur of all types of plot so i have both a titty monster and dfc which i switch between from time to time.
It's out on PC with the final dlc yeah? I already got the thing and the season pass on ps4 so can I expect to pirate this thing day one and play how it was meant to be played
no, pc version is out in february. DLC this week is still ps4 only
oh i see, im gonna try that
I mean, baby old mad is a good addition to the cast, but you literally cant make a baby looking geezer cool. Though i am curious to see what he can do with his little hand drum of his, will he be a bard like dude and buff nearby enemies?
Ah shit. Well I'll replay it with hatchets or something in February then
feb 5th
He's not supposed to be cool, but he's pretty cute
I assume he can harden making him impenetrable, at least.
I'm trying to understand the fists
Am I supposed to be constantly attacking or can I just waste a full ki bar during an opening then let it recover and repeat until I can use limitless with a big opening
I can already feel my blood boil
>attacking him
>suddenly says fuck you and hyper armors into stone
>attack bounces off like hitting a blocking enemy and you get countered
Thee is no bullshit quite like nioh's bullshit.
What baddass yokai is there even left to make as the final boss of the dlc trilogy?
unbroken is basically a risk reward mechanic. You build stacks by continually attacking without ki pulsing, but if you get hit you're likely to get winded, especially since fists has high ki usage per attack.
you build stacks by repeating quick loops of attacks, I like mid light attack>knifehand strike repeat. A lot of people will just spam high stance strong since it's very powerful but do keep in mind that it pushes enemie.
limitless is kind of a meme, I don't use it since the rest of fists kit is versatile and strong enough to ignore it but go for it.
they pulled a literal raijin and dead izanami out of their ass so I assume we're done with yokai and we're going full shinto-buddhist gods here
Well in theory otaku prime, but if they dont go with that they can use the demon god that literally annoyed the other 8 million shinto gods enough that they made him king of all evil beings.
Playing through WotW (up to the third area) and the main missions are a no-no for me, the bosses have so much health it's absurd.
When and where will I find +25 gear?
Also, is there a way to obtain the hakama from the dojo?
>WotW
>too much health
compared to the jump in WotD, they have a lot less health. You can melt bosses and enemies even at +9 penance with an endgame build.
Still too much health for me.
The fights go on and on unlike in the first two difficulties.
The first two bosses went down relatively quickly, but the others like Imagawa...
>What are you hoping for?
Off the top of my head, a way to delevel my exact weapons so I can actually comfortably rebalance the game properly and keep having fun the way the game is best, some more skills with weapons and a few tweaks to the existing ones that actually need it, some awesome bosses both new and old with the true final boss living up to the standard Otakemaru set, Movement Speed on Amrita to temperable, along with some other stuff, and this song to play at some point.

What build are you planning on using it?
Same mostly nonbuild with a bit of everything I've been running.
What weapon?
All the weapons more or less, but I think I'd like to go through it with 1kat/Switchglaive the first time round.
>How big are your Hide's titties?
n/a
I remember people were playing DLC2 a couple days earlier than when it was supposed to come out. How did that happen? Can we expect the same thing to happen for DLC3?
just get a good build bro
As with all weapons, you use the three stances to be able to attack as safely and consistently as possible, this can mean you can be almost constantly attacking if you understand the enemy and your moveset and Flux/Yokai Skill in time. With Fists you can just continually chain your attacks into the other much smoother across all stances, which in turn builds stacks and keeps your damage increasing overall too. If you have an opening for Limitless, it's going to be the best damage you get, though it does burn some buff time so you have to keep that in mind.
>what is high stance
>what are skills
Oh, and to add to this, did they add anything to 1kat + spear? Those were my two weapons of choice.
