Why do people have this mindset that bugs and glitches make a game bad? A game with bad performance was not intended to be run at bad performance, once the issues are fixed, then you're free to criticize the game. Sure, you can criticize the performance, but it's something that can be fixed in the long run, if a quest or a mechanic in the game is bad, it's staying in because it was intended to be in the game. If you have a bug where a character starts spazzing out and flying, this is obviously not intended to happen. If you experience a bug that soft locks you from going forward, this is obviously not intended to happen.
The music, the aesthetic, writing, dialogue, voice acting, world building, combat, gameplay, how does bugs and glitches tie with any of it when they are not intended? Once the bugs and glitches are fixed, then what is there left to complain about, since it seems to be the ONLY aspect the lot of you seem to cry about?
If a game is intended to run at +60fps, high/ultra visuals and native resolutions, and you play it on your PS4 at 15fps and sub-par visuals, how does this make the game bad, when you, yourself intentionally gimped your own experience of the game? You completely disregard all the aspects that make the game and call all of it bad, simply because of the bugs.
And as a disclaimer, I do not own the game because I knew this would happen, I'll be waiting for at least 6-12 months and THEN give the game a fair shot and play it how it was intended to be played.
>Once the bugs and glitches are fixed, then what is there left to complain about, since it seems to be the ONLY aspect the lot of you seem to cry about? Not much. But you can't just ignore all the fucking bugs in this game and act like they aren't hindering your enjoyment. Who knows, maybe Fallout 76 was a good game under all those bugs, but I can't fucking tell because of all the fucking bugs.

>Music Bad >Aesthetic Good >Writing Mixed >Voice acting Mixed >World building Terrible >Combat Standard >Gameplay Bad

its kind of sad that after 5-8 years of development and multiple delays, the game still launched in an absolutely shameful state. sure they'll probably fix it, but how fucking long will that take, considering they already delayed it so long in the first place? they may as well have released this in an early access state. and some of them aren't even actual bugs, just lazily done. do you actually think cops being rigged to spawn behind you all the time was an accident? do you think the cars not having AI and instead literally sliding along on rails is just a bug? because thats just naïve. its less so the actual bugs, and that games are barely playable on launch anymore. the idea they did such a shit job packaging the thing that you can't really play it for another few months is just fucking pathetic.
Eli Moore
I actually hope to finish this game before they patch all the glitches. They're great fun
Jaxon Richardson
It's easier to get shills mad by pointing out bugs which are objectively bad. Also it's funny.
I've made posts explaining why the writing and mechanics are bad, but very little people on Zig Forums seem to care. They just want to complain about obvious flaws.
Bentley Miller
>maybe Fallout 76 was a good game under all those bugs, but I can't fucking tell because of all the fucking bugs Name a couple of bugs that severely hinder one's enjoyment of Fallout 76. I have 500 hours into the game so I'll know if you're talking out of your ass / citing bugs and glitches that do not exist
Some of the writing is top notch in my opinion. They utilized the setting perfectly. Combat on the other hand is pretty shit, just like TW3.
Grayson Lopez
i'm sure you'll whip out some cocksucker-tier "WORKS ON MY MACHINE :))))))))))))))))" faglord bullshit for just about anything anyone mentions but i got hard locked out of the overseer's main questline because the quest-crucial object wouldn't spawn
Jason Baker
Good job goy *gives dogtreat*

5 zloty has been added into your account

oh and another one i just remembered- skillcheck magazines were fucked up when raiders first dropped and i couldn't actually stat boost to get extra dialogue options. i was one point off because for some fucking reason i actually leveled speech and i couldn't cheese it it like EVERY OTHER FALLOUT GAME because they didn't seem to code the boost to work on the actual dialogue boxes.
Jack Garcia
im () literally criticizing the game, retard, maybe actually read more than the first 2 words
Colton Baker
the game is bad you fucking retard
Chase Brown
>Go to hang out with river after we rescue his nephew >The fucker just keeps hitting on me after i already gave him the cold shoulder like 6 times >V is now trying to flirt with him even i after rejected him multiple times I just wanted to chill with my bro. What the fuck CDPR. Knew i should've made a male V. I just wanted to fuck Judy.
Michael Robinson
I rented the game from Gamefly on PS4 Pro. If it were just minor bugs once in awhile it would be whatever, but its systemic
>UI doesn't load when going into menus in crowded areas >Guns sometimes dont spawn in my hands in these areas >The cowl (Lol a cowl has more armor than the helmet) makes you appear as bald in the mirror
That would be whatever, but I've done proably 80 side quests and seen a bug in every one
>Enemies won't respond, run in circles, teleport >Objectives fall through ground >Boss enemies despawn or T-Pose >NPCs get stuck spinning in circles
Joshua Roberts
Care to cite which one of those bugs is still relevant? Your video is a year old
Carson Davis
>another cyberpunk thread Mmm yes the schizophrenia so good
Xavier Allen
Go back to your general you fucking faggot, the game still has tons of issue that crash, make items dissapear, t-pose npcs, all of which are still there. Thats least of all what the wastelanders update has done, which practically flooded the game with health sponge enemies and added more bugs. But oh no, you keep sucking that Bethesda cock.
Joseph Nelson
>Some of the writing is top notch in my opinion. Very little. 95% of it is trash. They didn't utilize the setting outside the main quests and a couple of side missions at all.
The game was clearly shoehorned into being a Skyrim/ GTA golden egg for investors to sit on, but it rightfully blew up into the dumpster fire it is.
Sebastian Hughes
Enjoy your broken ass games then.
Intentions and potential don't mean jack shit if the result is simply disfunctional.
>Nice looking car, shame it catches fire after driving it for longer then 2 minutes. >This would be a great book if it wassen't for those 300 spelling mistakes on every page. >These shoes would be great for running if they would not make my feet bleed just by wearing them.
NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH POTENTIAL.
Dylan Gomez
IDK man. I like the majority of the side quests i've been on. Haven't touched the main story much at all yet outside of the panam stuff. The dialogue is also pretty good.
Jonathan Collins
Shills are getting desperate I see
Matthew Martinez
>Why do people have this mindset that bugs and glitches make a game bad? The game was in fucking development for almost 8 years. The developers said the game would come out when it was ready The game got delayed like 3 times The game should have launched with a fucking auto suck feature to make the whores in the game seem that more immersive.
The game came out making bethesda games look like a flawless master piece. >OOOOO BUT BETESDA GAMES ARE ALWAYS BUGGY! Yeah, but the bugs in bethesda games are usually fucking meme shit not game breaking bugs. Cyberpunk at its core has massive AI problems, massive spawning bugs, massive animation bugs and gliches. A lack of interactive environment taht GTAV had nailed down years prior to this game even being announced. Cyberpunk 2077 as it stands, is about half a game. Literally only the most basic features are there, it lacks so fucking much, so much taht there is no excuse for this after 8, long, fucking, years.
The redflags were all over the place, if you could not see them, your a dip shit.
Adrian Nelson
Bugs aside, it's not fun. It feels like Outer Worlds with even less choices and the same type of sort-of-not-really character "builds".
Jeremiah Lopez
Cyberpunk tanked the whole company.
Lots of people will go from mandatory crunch for a year to not receiving their bonus to unemployment, during a pandemic.
Its a real shame that they put the effort to make the awesome patch to add npc only to ruin their game again with shitty level scaling.
Connor Mitchell
The biggest issue with the game for me is the fucking sprites. Even GTAV had a better LOD. It's just ridiculous. I would prefer for the sprites to not be there at all than the shit we got.
Ethan Diaz
How is "works on my machine" not relevant? It doesn't excuse the existence of bugs but doesn't invalidate someone's experiences of a game. Everyone's experience is different because of the vast disparity between each personal computer, every piece of hardware and software make a hodgepodge of systems for each individual that might have things conflicting with each other or everything working in perfect harmony. I have encountered a fair share of bugs, biggest ones were the Fasnacht event robots not walking forward for a good 10 minutes nearly forcing a loss of the quest, and strangle heart power armor crashing the game when stacking poison on SBQ, also one bug that used to make Earle bossfight easier where you could direct yourself with quick mouse movements when you get feared, these bugs are not present anymore. I've never personally used magazines, I just collect them and use chems for stat checks
Gabriel Thomas
OK, lets close our eyes for a second and pretend bugs and graphics are fixed. What do we have left? A pretty average action story. Nothing new exist in cyberpunk, it does not exceeds at anything, you cant roleplay, ui and combat suck and looting/crafting is outright boring. The game is worse than Fallout 4 in any aspect aside from graphics and hacking.
Juan Nelson
Its the result after 20 years of streamlining the roleplaying out of Roleplaying games.
This game wants to be GTA so bad...
Jordan Martin
I do care but rarely reply to what I agree. Thats why there are so many bait posts on Zig Forums.
Aiden Powell
Retard every game that's ever been made was intended to be better than it turned out to be. No project ever goes perfectly. You judge a game by what it is, not what it could be.
Alexander Price
Haven't played after season 1 and that ended in september. Elaborate on "make items dissapear", what items disappear and how? How is the game crashing? The only crashes I experienced were fixed. I didn't encounter "t-pose npc's" but some ghouls would just stand still with their heads decapitated and you couldn't kill them, they got fixed at the Colossal problem patch.
> Cyberpunk tanked the whole company 8m units preordered. CDPR could have released actual feces in the box (which they essentially it) and it would have sold just as well. Let's not go as far as to say "CDPR is done" because they already recouped development costs plus profit for this game.
Alexander Campbell
who shilled harder: TLOU2 fags or Cyberfags?
Jason Jenkins
The success of a project isn't determined by the number of copies sold, it's determined by the economic returns.
Nathan Rodriguez
>mass media TLOU >online forums and communities Cyberpunk
Easton Lewis
>Nice looking car, shame it catches fire after driving it for longer then 2 minutes. Was the car intended to catch fire after driving it for 2 minutes? >These shoes would be great for running if they would not make my feet bleed just by wearing them. Did you ever think of fixing the shoes? The book analogy doesn't even make sense.
The game is broken because faggots kept crying for a release and now they're unhappy with a rushed product. When it'll eventually be fixed then it's free game ( the hunting term ) for criticism
Connor Gutierrez
True, the scaling is dumb and only serves shitters.
