feels better in DX 2000 to me. Of course technology back then wasn't like today so they felt a little not-so-futuristic on many aspects, sometimes regressing, but it did not exagerate. It felt legit. I could imagine the future being that way.

MD was good
Better than HR at everything but story&locations.
The lack of HK or even Paris since it happens in Europe left me disappointed.
And the cliffhanger end left a bitter taste when the credit rolls, the game ends abruptly and none of the plot points are addressed.
That said, MD has better level design, augmentations&gameplay.
I gave myself unlimited energy in NG+ to run every map with augmented vision, and it really makes you appreciate the complexity of the levels.
