It's just saints row 3 to me but with the quest path problems of witcher 3.

All I'm saying is that I'm running around the city and there are plenty of NPCs. There are some areas especially highway like areas where there aren't that many walking on the sidewalks. Then there are areas (outside your apartment) where there are tons.

I genuinely don't know what to tell you. I'm walking around in the city center and there are NPCs all over the fucking place. They crowd the stairs and get in the way then get mad when I walk through them.

This. Playing it on the PC. Albeit I have a 2080ti. I’ve had very little hiccups, with the only strange glitch being Jackie getting frozen during the heist mission. The world is the most alive I’ve ever seen in an open world game. So much detail, so many things to see and interact with. Yeah it’s a shooter with RPG elements, not an RPG with shooter elements. So what. If there wasn’t so much hype (hype that it’s living up to imho), this would be loved by everybody. Also, if you’re playing a demanding game like this on a console that came out in 2013 and then complaining about the performance, it’s your own fault.

Same, I'm playing a technomage netrunner build and having fun. I just wish there was more to do in the world than missions and scripted encounters.

I’m playing on a SeX and I think it looks pretty good too.

Having fun too, though I’ll admit I was expecting more of a Bethesda type game than a Ubisoft/Rockstar type of game but whatever I got over the fact that there are no side activities fast.

I'm playing on PS4 Pro, and after the latest patch the framerate is playable, still a lot of bugs but fewer.

At first I didn't enjoy the game that much, but as I progressed into story, and got used to its features I started to really enjoy it.

The most amazing thing is how all interactions you have are incredibly well animated. People gesture, walk around, interact etc. It just feels so natural.

I don't understand this criticism. When you're walking down the street in nyc are you concerned with where any of the other people are going? No, they're just there. It's the same thing. The crowds are believable enough to add the depth you need to a scene while you move through it to get where you want to go. When you go to Japan Town are you concerned with what every npc is doing? Or are you there to talk to wakako and maybe buy something from the ripperdoc. This game is easily the most granular and detailed game I've ever seen but all you retards can talk about is "the ai just walks back and forth" if you were actually playing the game you would never notice. There are SO MANY other flaws that are far more valid
