Caius is the worst villain I have seen in an RPG. He has a terrible design and his voice does not suit him at all.

He's Japanese, he has no body hair.

He literally is dumb. He speedread a bunch of scientific conjecture, pulled all the wrong conclusions, and went crazy. Maybe not entirely his fault because they jacked him full of Jenova but still.

Not a fan of his design but Caius was based. Also one of the few villains who completely won.
